To adopt one of our pets and rent we ask that you have landlord approval. If you have pets at home already they'll need to be up-to-date on their vaccinations. We like to make sure you and your pet are a good match! We'll spend time finding out what kind of pet you are looking for and if the pet you picked out will fit your lifestyle. Dog adoption is $95 to include spay/neuter, all vaccinations except rabies, heartworm testing and microchipping. Adult cats (6 months and older) are $50 and include spay/neuter, all vaccinations except rabies, feluk testing and microchipping. KIttens are $75 include spay/neuter, all vaccinations except rabies, feluk testing and microchipping.

Boone Area Humane Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to the humane treatment of animals. We are a no-kill shelter and are always looking for volunteers to join our team.
