Finnegan is one of the sweetest kitties I’ve had. He’s a snuggler and really chill with humans. He is very patient with children. We found him abandoned as a kitten and took him in. Right away he was too rough playing with my other cat and she began peeing all over the house because of his dominance. It’s been three years and she still pees outside the litter box. One minute they’re the best of friends then the next he’s chasing her down and she’s hissing and swatting at him. He has gotten worse in the last year since getting a third cat, and rescuing several others that I’ve mostly rehomed. He attacks any new cat he encounters now. I’ve had him locked in a room for a very long time now and he’s living the life he deserves. He deserves a family with no other competition for resources. We have tried anti anxiety medicine for him, plug ins, re introducing, everything. My vet even recommended he go find a new home. I’m sad to have to say goodbye, but it’s really what’s best for him.
