Marie is a sleek, beautiful black kitten with a gentle, observant nature and a very snuggly heart. Born outdoors with little human contact, Marie prefers to take things in at her own pace, but once she feels safe, her affectionate side shines. She does well with calm, respectful dogs and gets along nicely with friendly cats.
One of Marie’s favorite things is cuddling with her siblings. She’s often found curled up with one or two of them, soaking up comfort and companionship. These cozy moments are where she truly feels at ease and loved.
Marie enjoys playtime followed by peaceful relaxation and appreciates affection on her own terms. She will thrive in a calm, understanding home that respects her gentle personality and allows her time to build trust. With patience and love — and ideally a feline companion — Marie will be a loyal, loving companion who brings quiet warmth to any home.

OUR CATS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.
All our cats are fostered in Texas but available for transport out of state. Our cats are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).
Our out of state adoption fee is $250 plus transport fee (varies by location). This fee includes age appropriate, vaccinations, registered microchip, testing for FIV and FELV, and a fecal analysis. Cats will be spayed/neutered if over 6 months of age. Cats will also be current on prevention. A health exam will be completed, and a certificate will be issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.
Note: MNS reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care.
