Meet Jojo

3–4 years old • Small mixed breed • Fostered locally

We found Jojo at a local municipal shelter in need of some serious TLC. As a stray, we don’t know his past—but we do know he’s a survivor. Jojo was severely underweight when he was found, yet his resilience and joyful spirit have shined through every step of his recovery.

Since joining the BTDR family, Jojo has been on a refeeding plan and has already gained 12 pounds—and counting! He’s now settled into his foster home, where he earns A+ reviews for being adorable, potty trained, and an excellent office buddy.

Jojo is just a few pounds away from being ready for neuter. While he’s still filling out, he’ll remain a fairly small guy even once his body is fully back in shape. Sweet, resilient, and endlessly charming, Jojo is ready to find a forever home where he can continue to thrive.

We parter with shelters around the country to transfer dogs in from overcrowded shelters.

We provide pet food and supplies to dog owners through our mobile pantry and work with local veterinarians for low cost vaccines, microchips and spay/neuter options.
