Meet  Rio Valentine   — a 10-month-old Beagle, ~28 lbs, neutered, and emotionally prepared to be your new best decision.

Rio is a sweet, playful, affectionate heart-stealer who will follow you around like you personally invented comfort.

He’s fantastic with other dogs (especially small ones) and currently lives with his foster Beagle sister, whom he plays with like an absolute gentleman. He’d love a doggy sibling but is also very open to being your main character.

Inside the house, Rio is already crushing adulthood: crate trained, fully housetrained, and knows some basic commands. Low drama. High reward.

One honest note:  Rio needs to be crated when left alone, and he  does  have opinions about that. He may bark a bit in his crate, so shared walls (apartments, thin walls, very nosy neighbors) aren’t ideal. A single-family home or someone who doesn’t panic at a little Beagle commentary would be perfect.
