My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Meet Bean! 🐾

Bean is an adult short-haired grey and white male with a sweet, gentle personality and a heart full of love. He is the true brother to Asher, and the two look almost identical except for their coloring—Bean is grey and white, while Asher is black and white. Their matching markings make it easy to see just how special their bond really is.

Bean and Asher grew up together and were previously adopted as a pair. Through absolutely no fault of their own, they were surrendered back to DCS Feline Fixers and are now hoping for another chance at a forever home. They are deeply bonded and rely on each other for comfort and confidence, so we would love to see them adopted together.

Bean is affectionate, calm, and loves being near his humans. He enjoys quiet companionship, gentle pets, and sharing his space with those he trusts. Together, Bean and Asher would make an incredible pair for a family ready to open their hearts and home to two truly special brothers.

More about this rescue

We obtained our 501(c)(3) two years ago, but I – Char started rescuing four years ago. With Sharon’s help we were able to take in several cats and kittens the first year to be vetted, fixed and adopted. Three years ago Debbie volunteered to help me with TNR program for MGCHS. After Debbie and I teamed up on the TNR program our collection of cats has escalated. Between the 3 of us and with the help from our volunteers and donations we seem to be able take care of all their needs.
