6.5-7 years old
Good with dogs: yes
Good with kids: not sure
Good with cats: not sure
Housetrained: Does well on a schedule
Crate trained: NOPE!!! Hates it
Leash trained: Yes
Lincoln was part of a hoarding situation 2 years ago and he was adopted shortly after from the local shelter. This person ended up taking him back to the shelter TWO years later because he kept peeing on the bed (yes, we know...but it was an inconvenience for the adopter). The local shelter reached and of course we took him in
Lincoln lived a sheltered life in someones arms. Being held all the time is so unhealthy for a dog and our foster is working with him.
He needs boundaries and someone who is home more than gone....he loves to lay on someones lap and so much happier with his people.
We believe he is partially deaf but that doesn't stop him from loving deeply.
He loves to take walks and will potty outside (or a peepad).
Do you have patience and understanding to help sweet Lincoln?
