Cinnamon Crunch - Shih Tzu x, 16.6 pounds male about 3 years old. CC was a stray and never claimed by owner from a shelter. CC is neutered, his vaccines are up dated, and has microchip. Would do good in a quiet home. Such a good little boy, good with other dogs and cats. Older children that let him have his space and come to them. He will bark at strangers, treats and a friendly pat turns him around. Cinnamon is a very easy going little boy. Housetrained, good on a leash and crate trained. Cinnamon wants to be your lap dog and best friend. Located in southern Idaho, transport is available within the Pacific northwest to approved home. Fees range between $150-$650. An adoption application, followed by a check of references, such as Veterinarian, and a home check and or pictures. After which the board will go over all the information and decide what is the best for the animal.

At present we are a foster based rescue. People are welcome to come meet our animals in their foster homes by appointment. In the future we will have adoption events in our areas.

The founders of the multi state rescue have over 80 years of experience in rescue. We saw the need to use our experience to help and we formed Journey Home. Our love and passion for helping neglected, injured, abandoned, homeless animals is our utmost priority. Educating the communities on the need for spayed, neuter, and vaccines and training as needed. We rely on donations, and fundraisers and grants to help sustain the rescue.
