My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Asher

Asher is a 7-year-old gentleman with a heart of gold. This sweet, friendly boy absolutely loves attention and will happily soak up all the pets you’re willing to give. Treats are another one of his favorite things—snacks are the quickest way to win him over!

Asher’s calm, affectionate nature makes him a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loving, easygoing cat to share their days with. If you’re searching for a loyal friend who’s always ready for cuddles and a snack break, Asher might be your perfect match.

Additional adoption info

Queen Anne's County Animal Services (QACAS) strives to find the best match for both person/family and for our animals looking for their long time homes. In order to foster or adopt an animal, the person or family must submit a short adoption application and speak to the staff.

Our adoption fees cover QACAS costs of spay and neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and assist in the continued mission of QACAS to save the lives of homeless pets. Dogs are $140, Cats $45, and Small Animals (such as hamsters, etc) are $20.
