Matthew loves being near his people: he’ll rub on your legs, offer head boops, and happily purr while you hang out together. He’s playful too — his favorite game is chasing feather fishing-pole toys (and he’s very impressed by anything that spins and flutters like a butterfly).
Matthew’s one request? No pick-ups, please. He’s a loving companion who prefers to keep all four paws on the ground. He can be a little nervous with big changes and may need a little time to settle in, but once he’s comfortable, he’s a sweet, interactive buddy who enjoys attention.
Matthew does well with other cats, but would also be ok as the only kitty, he is cautious but manageable around dogs, and can do well with kids who understand kitty boundaries. He has had dental and is all ready to find the purrfect home!
