If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Opal is a very catty girl, she is very playful and likes to chase toys around the house. We adopted her when she was 1.4 years old, she still hasn’t settled in with our two other cats over the last year. My wife and I didn’t make this decision easily, our other cats are older and are a but timid Opal seems to not be matching their energy and personality. She still has some of her kitten energy so shed settle in quickly. She would do best in a home with a cat who likes to play a lot or by herself. Opal is house trained and had no issues with using the bathroom, currently she uses a litter robot but has used traditional litter boxes in the past without issue.
She is very sweet and playful spayed and vaccinated. Located in Alton, Illinois Area. Small Rehoming to ensure she goes to a loving home, willing to travel up to 2-3 hours or more with an additional fee, once again she is a big part of our lives but she will have a more fulfilling life in a better environment.
