Mona is a 3-month-old Border Collie mix who is as happy as can be! She’s friendly, full of puppy energy, and loves to play outside. Mona gets along well with dogs and cats and is learning the basics, including potty training. She’s looking for a family ready for fun, training, and lots of love.
