Velma is 1 year old and a shy but excitable sweetheart who came to the shelter with her sister, Daphne. She may do well with polite, friendly dogs. Velma is a true lap dog who would happily spend all her time cuddling with her human. And just like her sister, she absolutely loves hot dogs.
