My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jetta is a female Domestic Longhair and Calico mixed kitty who is about 12 years old.

Jetta is a lady executive with grace, confidence, and a luxurious long-haired coat to match. She’s beautiful, dignified, and knows exactly who she is. Jetta is looking for a safe, calm place to land where she can enjoy her golden years in comfort and security.

This refined girl would thrive in a peaceful home with someone who appreciates a mature cat’s quiet companionship and gentle presence. Jetta offers affection on her terms, a soothing energy, and the kind of elegance only experience can bring.

She is described as 'The Executive'. I have to say, I'm a busy cat. First, I've got to check out what's happening out the window. Next, I'll see if any closets or cupboards need looking into. And then there are my naps--can't be late for those. I can fit a little socializing into my schedule. Shall we plan on breakfast and dinner? I hope you like kibbles.

It is recommended that whenever you add a new animal to your household, it is done with a slow and monitored introduction.

All our animals have been spayed/neutered (or will be arranged if currently too young).
Dogs will be tested for heart worms, vaccinated against distemper/parvo and rabies.
.
Cats will be vaccinated against feline distemper and feline parvo, and have been wormed.
.
All animals will be bathed and treated for fleas/ear mites.
Microchipping will take place at the time of adoption.

Adoption fees:
Cats - $105 for one or only

Additional adoption info

The shelter screens potential adopters carefully. The application procedure requires veterinarian references and/or home visits to ensure that the animals are going to good, loving, forever homes. All animals are spayed or neutered before they are adopted, if they are old enough to undergo the procedure. Adopters of younger animals are required to sign a contract agreeing to have the animal altered when it is of the proper age.
