My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Oscar, and I may be the smallest of the bunch, but don’t let that fool you. I’m brave, curious, and always ready for my next adventure. Wherever there’s a new space to explore or a toy to conquer, I’m the first one there eyes bright with excitement.

I’m known for my playful spirit and my special talent for smuggling—whether it’s sneaking toys under the couch, stealing hearts, or quietly slipping into places I’m not supposed to be. I love chasing, pouncing, and keeping everyone on their toes with my clever little antics. Life is more fun when there’s a bit of mischief involved.

Even with all my energy, I have a very soft side. The moment you pick me up, my purr motor starts right up, loud and proud. I love cuddles just as much as playtime, and I’m happiest when I’m close, sharing my warmth and tiny-but-mighty heart. 🐾

Kittens need buddies! We require that kittens be adopted with a sibling or go to a home that already has another young companion animal. If you already have a young animal or another kitten in your home, great! If not, Oscar de la Renta will need to be adopted with one of their siblings (Viviene Westwood, Coco Chanell and Christian Loubouton).

The adoption fee for a kitten is $250. For a pair, the adoption fee is $500.

Note: Kittens must be 10+ weeks old before they can go home.

Additional adoption info

If you’re thinking about adding a kitten or two to your family, a Bitty Kitty is a great choice! Kittens who have been bottlefed tend to be extra friendly and snuggly!

By adopting a kitten from the Bitty Kitty Brigade, you’ll be supporting our no-kill organization and making room for us to take in another orphan kitten.

All of our cats receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. Prior to adoption, all of our kittens are:

FeLV/FIV tested
spayed/neutered
treated for external and internal parasites
microchipped
FVRCP (distemper) vaccinated

Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply to an adoption inquiry.

More about this rescue

The Bitty Kitty Brigade is a foster-based rescue for orphaned neonatal kittens in the Twin Cities, MN and surrounding areas.

Our mission is:
To provide care for orphaned neonatal kittens and to partner with animal rescue organizations and impound facilities to improve survival rates within the neonatal kitten population.

The Bitty Kitty Brigade provides care for kittens ages 0-6 weeks who are without mothers and not yet eating on their own. Once weaned, the kittens are either transferred to one of our partner no-kill organizations or transferred to another caregiver within our organization where they will be cared for until adoption age.
