My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet our senior gentleman, Diesel!

At around 11 years old, Diesel is as sweet and affectionate as they come. He was surrendered to us through no fault of his own after his owner could no longer care for him. Diesel spent many wonderful years in a loving home, and now we are working hard to find him a new forever family.

The loudness of the kennels can be especially tough for senior dogs, and Diesel would truly thrive back in a calm home environment. He has shown positive interest in other dogs, is housebroken, and asks for very little — just love, comfort, and companionship in return for the endless affection he has to give.

If you’re interested in giving Diesel the cozy retirement he deserves, please message us or email euclidpetpals2@yahoo.com.

Let’s help this sweet senior find his happily ever after!

More about this shelter

Euclid Pet Pals is the volunteer organization whose members care for the animals at the Euclid Animal Shelter, in Euclid, Ohio. We raise funds by offering personal and business memberships and cage sponsorships. Other fundraisers include a Bark-B-Q in May, a Clam Jam in October, and car washes in July. The money we raise is used to pay for veterinary care and medications, necessary supplies, and spay/neuters. We are dedicated to providing a healthy, loving environment for animals waiting to be adopted.
