Meet Domingo! Domingo is a 6-year-old tuxedo who was rescued after being left behind and abandoned in an apartment with other animals, forced to fend for himself for an extended period of time. This experience understandably made him cautious and sensitive to sudden changes in his environment.
He is shy at first and may hide when faced with unexpected movements or loud noises, but with patience and consistency, Domingo slowly begins to feel safe. As trust builds, his playful side emerges, and with humans he feels comfortable with, he shows affection through gentle head bumps—his quiet way of connecting.
Domingo gets along well with other cats in the home and is fully litter box trained. He would thrive in a calm, quiet household with a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time and is deeply rewarding.
Domingo has been through a lot, but he is learning that safety, kindness, and love can exist again.

All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and helps us continue rescuing animals.
