My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ziggy is a young male retriever with a heart as big as his personality. When you first meet him, he may come across a little nervous, but give him a bit of time and patience and you’ll see his true self shine. Once he’s comfortable, Ziggy blossoms into a high-energy, toy-loving boy who’s always ready for fun. He enjoys his walks and does well on a leash, making him a great candidate for an active home. Ziggy would absolutely love going on hikes, exploring new places, and burning off his energy with his favorite people. After playtime, he’s more than happy to soak up affection—he’s a very sweet, loving boy who enjoys being close to his humans.
Ziggy would thrive with a family who can give him both the exercise he needs and the patience to help him settle in. In return, he’ll give you endless love, loyalty, and plenty of happy tail wags.

Before you can spend time with a dog, there is a brief questionnaire that you will need to fill out. Our staff will review these questions with you in order to help you decide which dog is the right fit for you, your family, and your lifestyle. This information is confidential and will be used only to assist our staff in determining the best possible placement. Please spend the time necessary to make the best possible decision for you AND the dog you may adopt.
