. Hi - meet Elmo! Elmo was found outside as a skinny, friendly (but shy) stray. At some point in his life, he was neutered through a TNR program and has a tipped ear. He is still shy, but likes to cuddle on laps when he warms up to people. He occasionally plays, but is also content to sit and cuddle with his person. He enjoys spending time with other cats and is much more confident with other cats around. He would do best in a quiet home with no small children, but would likely be okay with older children that can give him space when needed. Elmo is around 3 years old, fixed, and up to date on all vetting.
