Why I need a new home

Human health issues (e.g. allergies, sickness)

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sophie was my elderly father‘s companion, but we have had to put him into long-term care over the holidays due to his health. Sophie has been staying at my dad‘s apartment, but the lease is up at the end of the month. Sophie eats dry kibble and uses her box without any problems. She can be shy at first, but wants to snuggle and talk to you when she gets to know you.
She has no obvious health problems,, but has not been to the vet in the last few years that I know of. Since my dad was elderly and disabled himself, Sophie has been a completely indoor cat. We think she is about five years old
I have tried unsuccessfully to find her a home and I hate that she’s at the apartment by herself. I hope that you can help.
