Joey is a loving, happy, and healthy dog looking for his perfect forever home. He absolutely loves people and bonds deeply with his humans. Joey enjoys walks, hiking, running, and being outdoors, but he’s just as happy cuddling on the couch, giving kisses, and relaxing by your side. He has soft fur that doesn’t shed much and is a joy to pet.
Joey is fully house trained, listens to all commands, and is very trainable. He loves learning tricks and enjoys having structure and interaction. He can be left alone for up to 10 hours without issues, making him a good fit for someone with a full workday who can still give him quality time and regular walks.
He is gentle and tolerant with babies and has been around two cats. However, Joey does not like other dogs and must be the only pet in the home. He would do best with older kids and a family or individual who enjoys daily walks and giving lots of affection.
