If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We rescued sweet Miles from the side of the road as a starving puppy in September 2025. He is now neutered, up-to-date on his shots, house-trained, and healthy as can be. He has a lot of energy and loves to play. Miles seems to have natural hunt/pursue instincts and may do well with that activity. The reason we need to find a new home for him is because he chases our cat. He has some lingering food anxiety (likely from when he was homeless) that causes him to steal our other, smaller dog's food when he given the chance, so we feed them separately. We have an extra large crate that will go with Miles to his new home.
