DOG'S DESCRIPTION:   Meet Gabby—a gorgeous Great Dane mix with long legs, a warm heart, and so much love to give.
     Gabby is a young lady who turns heads everywhere she goes, but it’s her sweet, easygoing personality that really makes people fall in love. She’s gentle, affectionate, and the kind of dog who seems to understand that life is better when it’s shared with people who care. Whether she’s lounging gracefully or leaning in for affection (classic Dane move!), Gabby is happy just being near her humans.
     While Gabby is currently heartworm positive, the good news is that K-9 Lifesavers is covering her treatment, and with a little rest, TLC, and patience, she’ll be feeling like her best self in no time. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.    

Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
