My name is Cali!

Cali is a super sweet, gentle girl with a shy and submissive nature that makes her especially endearing. Once she feels safe, her affectionate side shines through—she is incredibly soft and absolutely loves being pet, especially near the base of her tail. Those gentle pets often earn you quiet appreciation and happy body language.

Cali enjoys being close to her people and will often follow you around the house, curiously keeping an eye on whatever you’re up to. While she has a calm demeanor, she does have a playful side that comes out once she’s comfortable, making her a lovely mix of gentle and fun.

She has experience living in a home with multiple cats and has also been around a dog, whom she tolerates well. Cali would do best in a patient, loving home where she’s given time to settle in and blossom at her own pace.

If you’re looking for a soft, sweet companion who will quietly keep you company and reward your kindness with trust and affection, Cali may be the perfect match.

Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file. 

For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters.

Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and  flea/tick prevention.
