Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Who are these lovely cuties!? It's brothers SKEETER and SCOOTER!! Skeeter and Scooter are short haired, male black panther teenagers, and Scooter has some white hairs under his chin and on his belly so you can tell them apart. They love playing with each other but also enjoy playing with toys and people! They were born in foster care and have been handled and loved on since birth. Skeeter is a sweetheart who appreciates cuddles and likes to give kisses after playtime. He purrs for belly rubs and neck scratches. Scooter is such a lover! He purrs the second he sees you and when you pick him up to cuddle. He loves being scratched on the back of his neck and getting belly rubs. It can take them a day or two to warm up and get used to a new environment, but when they do, they're precious boys who would do well with anyone that has a gentle touch! Skeeter will need to be carefully monitored as he is very curious and may try to wander through the door or out the windows. Skeeter and Scooter must be adopted as bonded pair.
Skeeter has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet SCOOTER & SKEETER at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in South Eugene (2858 Willamette St). Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet.
The $280 (for both) adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. ID 2504-C0086 / 2504-C0085

All potential adopters are required to complete our application and contract. Our contract stipulates the requirements for care of our pets. The documents are reviewed by our staff and together with a face to face interview we explore the potential new home. If all parties agree to the specifics of the contract the cat can go home. Adoption fee varies with age of pet.
All pets are current on vaccinations, health checked by our veterinarian, have been de-wormed, treated with flea medication at intake, spayed or neutered, and have been microchipped and tested for felv/fiv tested.
