Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Say hello to SIMON and ALVIN! These beautiful teenager brothers are white with gray tabby stripes (Alvin) and gray tabby patches (Simon) – and Alvin has a crook in his tail. These two are active and playful, and adore wrestling with each other. They are brave and adventurous, and at naptime time they are either curled up together, or cuddling next to you. They are sweet and affectionate, and are quick to warm up to people--but they aren’t fond of loud barking. They are very bonded, and must be adopted together. They have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, are negative for FeLV and FIV, and include a free wellness visit with our vet partners. The $280 adoption fee for the pair allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. ID 2507-C0214 & C0215 ALVIN AND SIMON DOB 3/15/2025 ALVIN AND SIMON MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER GOOD WITH OTHER CATS (WITH SLOW INTRO) GOOD WITH FRIENDLY, MELLOW DOGS (WITH SLOW INTRODUCTION) GOOD WITH GENTLE, CAT-SAVVY KIDS

All potential adopters are required to complete our application and contract. Our contract stipulates the requirements for care of our pets. The documents are reviewed by our staff and together with a face to face interview we explore the potential new home. If all parties agree to the specifics of the contract the cat can go home. Adoption fee varies with age of pet.
All pets are current on vaccinations, health checked by our veterinarian, have been de-wormed, treated with flea medication at intake, spayed or neutered, and have been microchipped and tested for felv/fiv tested.

More about this rescue
Our mission is to provide care and find loving homes for cats and kittens of our community, with a focus on those with special needs. Currently we only work with Cats. We offer temporary housing in foster homes until they can be placed through our adoption process. We have adoption centers within both Petsmarts in Eugene, at Chad Drive, near Costco, and 29th and Willamette, at Wags Dog Emporium on Coburg Rd and the Eugene-Springfield Cat Lounge. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network works with humane societies, other animal rescue groups, the public and government animal services agencies to offer them relief from their overpopulation problem. All cats in our custody receive the medical care they need. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network is a non-profit organization. All money raised is used to help Cat Rescue & Adoption Network save as many animal lives as possible.
