Meet Bruce ,quite possibly the most wonderful terrier mix you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing.
Bruce is a sweet, gentle soul with a heart as big as his adorable personality. He’s a total ham in the best way soaking up attention, leaning in for love, and charming everyone he meets. Sunshine walks are his happy place, especially when they’re followed by plenty of outdoor lounging, belly rubs, and being spoiled with treats (his favorite!).
This gentle teddy bear is looking for his best buddy ,someone to share adventures with during the day and cozy couch time in the evenings. Whether you’re exploring the world together or just relaxing side by side, Bruce is happiest simply being with his person.
Through no fault of his own, Bruce found himself in a shelter after testing heartworm positive, as his former owner didn’t have him on prevention. The good news? Heartworm is completely treatable, and he can spend the rest of his life happy and healthy. Bruce is ready to move forward from the rough life he has had and start the life he truly deserves.
Bruce's adoption fee includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccines, microchip AND transport fee to a location near you. We currently have transportation to CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, GA, and TN. Please email transport@hssm.org for more information on transports!
