My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Very much an independent little girl, Allie was found in Upper Darby wandering around and crying…for mamma? Her finder took her to the vet to make sure she was healthy. Luckily for Allie we saw the post asking for a good home and told the finder we would take her! Since then, Allie has continued her fiercely independent character trait! Although, she definitely loves to play and run with her new found buddies at the rescue! She purrs a lot. She is soft and fluffy and sweet and hopes to live in a home with other cats who want to play with her!

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Foster homes.

2.

Submit Application

The application requires a vet reference and two non-family personal references. Our app asks for employment info, address & year started.

3.

Interview

We speak to the adopter by phone and again in person.

Additional adoption info

We also like to meet other family members and room mates. If someone is renting, we check with the landlord to be sure pets are allowed. We adopt out 2 kittens at a time to prevent boredom and loneliness. One kitten can be adopted only if there are other pets in the family.

More about this rescue

We are Lauren’s Lost Cats Rescue. It is our mission to reduce the population of cats on the streets, while simultaneously educating communities about TNRV. For those cats that are friendly, we find fosters and/or permanent homes.
