Meet Sage! Sage came into the shelter December 31st found running loose in the city of Alpine. While we knew where Sage belonged, the previous owner sadly did not reclaim her. Sage lived with other dogs so we believe she would be a great addition to a family who already has a dog. She is still working on leash training but so far, we know that, while a little unsure when you first get going on a walk, she still will not pull and does walk fairly well once you get going. The staff found out fairly quickly she does know how to sit and she loves treats! Favorite characteristics are that she loves to play and has a little sassy side, in a good way!
