Meet Gary! He is a gentle giant. Gary came to us a few months ago. We believe he was an indoor cat at some point (past unknown), and he is very confident and comfortable in the home. Gary likes attention and may want to be near you, he loves chin scratches and crunchy treats, but he does not like to cuddle or sit in your lap. He is gentle when you play with him and enjoys catnip and sleeping in bed. He loves to greet visitors and hang out with company. He does ok with brushing and nails, but doesn't love it.
Since he came to us, he has been to the vet, was found healthy, gained weight, is fully vaxed, and now has a chip. His age is estimated at 3-4 years. We very much want to keep Gary, but unfortunately my older cat is unable to deal with a new cat, is afraid of Gary and it is affecting my older cats health. Gary has behaved very well with my older cat, and I believe he would get along with a younger or more confident cat or cats. Gary likes men and is a good boy.
