My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Phoebe, our sweet, goofy 2yr old Golden Aussiedoodle. She’s a double Merle, but perfectly healthy and one of the most loving dogs you’ll ever meet. She just wants to be near her people; if she could live in your lap, she would. This decision has been hard for us, but Phoebe and our newly diagnosed autistic son don’t do well together (he gets overwhelmed easily from the attention she wants). She’s affectionate and loyal, but needs a home that can provide consistent time, structure, and stimulation. She is young and full of energy and can be jumpy when excited, paws for love, and gently “mouths” for attention. She’s a herder at heart, which shows during play, but with training and patience she will thrive. She loves other dogs and is playful with cats after a slow introduction. With small children, supervision is recommended as she doesn’t always recognize her size. She is a big sweetheart with a playful spirit and would do best with someone experienced in active breeds.
