Blu is a young kitten who looks like a chubby little stuffed animal—but don’t be fooled, she’s very real and very sweet. She’s still learning that the world (and people) aren’t so scary, so she can be a bit shy at first and will need a little extra patience as she continues to build confidence.
With time, consistency, and gentle encouragement, Blu has all the potential to blossom into a loving companion. She would do best in a calm home where she can settle in at her own pace and be shown that hands bring good things (like food, playtime, and cozy naps).
If you’re someone who understands that trust is earned and love grows over time, Blu could be the perfect kitten for you. Watching her come out of her shell will be incredibly rewarding—and once she does, you’ll have a loyal little friend who chose you.

We ask an adoption fee of $175 Which includes a general health exam, spay /neuter surgery, and microchip ID implant, Felv/FIV testing, age-appropriate vaccinations including rabies.

Meowsquad is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization started in 2019. Our goal is to reduce the large stray and feral cat population of New York City by using Trap Neuter Return (TNR) techniques as well as working with the community to find forever homes for cats and kittens that can be resocialized. We also aim to relocate those who cannot be returned into safe, working environments.
