Wiggles is a sweet older male cat who needs a loving indoor home. He has a slight neurological impairment, but that doesn't diminish his affection for humans--and in the past, for a Chihuahua companion. His elderly owner is in fragile health and can no longer keep him inside because Wiggles can be a tripping hazard. Wiggles isn't used to this cold weather and really needs to be moved to a safe home soon.
