Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Opal is starting to give up hope on finding her forever family. It has officially been 17 months since we rescued Opal, she has been waiting far too long and it’s starting to show in her eyes and spirit.
Through no fault of her own, she has been adopted and returned twice, each time believing it would finally be her turn and not understanding what she did wrong. She’s met families, wagged her tail, given the best hugs, sat patiently through meet and greets, and watched as others were chosen while she was left behind, simply because she needs to be the only pet in the home.
She is loyal, gentle, and such a sweetheart yet each passing day makes her hope of finding a family a little quieter. Opal doesn’t understand why she’s still here, she only knows she’s tired of waiting and longing for someone to choose her and love her the way she loves everyone else.
Opal is 5 years old, she loves everyone she meets especially kids! She is fully house and kennel trained, knows basic commands, walks great on a leash, and loves car rides!
Opal is spayed, up to date on vaccines, current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and heartworm tested negative.
Opal's adoption fee has been sponsored so she is FREE to a loving forever home!
