Phil was born 11/04/2025 at the Tri County Humane Society after his mom was surrendered. He came to Tiny Whiskers to help him find a new home since Tri County had a lot of pink eyed white mice to find homes for!
He is a sweet and curious boy. He is friendly, does pretty well with handling, and loves his wheel. With time and patience he will continue to blossom into a wonderful companion.
