Svetlana is a Border Collie mix puppy and a sweet member of our Heated Rivalry group. She came to us from Ozarks Pet Rescue after being found as a stray with her mom, Sheba, by Poplar Bluff Animal Control. Her mama went through a lot raising her babies and had some serious medical issues, but she is now happy and healthy, and this little family is ready to find the loving homes they’ve been waiting for.
Svetlana is everything you want in a puppy: playful, curious, and incredibly sweet. She has that bright, eager-to-learn Border Collie spirit and will thrive in a home committed to continuing her basic training and socialization so she can grow into a confident, well-mannered adult dog.
She is currently working on crate training and learning her basic manners, and she’s doing great for her age. Svetlana is available to a foster-to-adopt home within 30 minutes of Madison while she completes her medical care, offering a wonderful chance to help her settle into home life while she finishes vetting.
