My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Annalisa was adopted from Hopalong as a kitten and returned. She was adopted again and six years later left in a box at the Oakland Animal Shelter with a note saying that her person had lost their home and could no longer care for her. None of this was her fault and we are hoping the third time is a charm for this sweet, deserving kitty. She was obviously very well fed and cared for. Her coat is beautiful and soft but she does need to shed some weight. She is currently on a calorie-restricted diet and has already lost almost a pound. She's a very sweet and quiet kitty who will make a lovely TV watching or reading companion. She loves to burrow and sleeps underneath her bed. She's not really hiding, she just likes to feel cozy. When you greet her she will readily come out for pets. Can you give this lovely lady the forever home she deserves?
