I adopted Ashe after her original owner got moved to a nursing home. She was originally a foster in my home with the cat she lived with, but on top of my two newer kittens, the other cat was attacking Ashe and my kittens. I think that is a part of why she is so shy and anxious. I adopted her since she seemed to be okay with my kittens.
She has been with me for several years, and has tolerated my dog and other cats, but I think she would benefit best in a new home as a single cat, or with other cats that have a similar temperament. In the past month or two, she has been expressing her unhappiness by using the bathroom outside of the litter box, something she has NEVER done. She urgently needs a new home. I am struggling myself with my housing situation, and I can no longer provide an adequate and calm home for her.
