My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Biscuit is an incredibly sweet, fluffy kitten with a soft white coat, a black tail tipped in white, and the biggest heart. He is extremely affectionate—this little lovebug adores pets, purrs nonstop, and leans right in for attention.

Biscuit loves burrowing into blankets, curling up in cardboard boxes, and has the silliest habit of moving his blankets to “bury” his food dish after meals. He’s gentle, cuddly, and happiest when he’s close to his people. Churu treats are a big favorite!

Biscuit is currently undergoing treatment for FIP and is doing well. We are looking for a foster-to-adopt home, preferably with FIP or special-needs experience, or someone comfortable following his treatment plan with rescue support.

If you’re looking for a truly special kitten who will fill your home with purrs and love, Biscuit is ready to meet you.

Biscuit’s birthday is 4/30/25. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, FIV/FeLV tested negative, dewormed, and microchipped with lifetime registration.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

The first step is fill out our adoption application. This will allow us to match you with the little muffin(s) to complete your family!

2.
Approve Application

Next we will review your application. Please be patient as we take the time to do this! We generally get back to applicants within 48 hours.

3.
Meet the Pet

Once you are approved, you can schedule a video chat or meeting with the kittens! We are always happy to chat about our babies too.

4.
Pay Fee

Our adoption fees help to cover some of the cost of vetting and allows us to save more cats/kittens!

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Once it is time to take your cat home, we will go over and sign our adoption contract.

6.
Take the Pet Home

Finally it is time to take your fur baby home! We have poured our hearts into each of our rescue babies, so we love receiving updates!!

Additional adoption info

Through our adoption process we look for families who can provide their adopted cat/kitten with the vet care and attention they need. We also make sure they aren't adopting a pet when it isn't allowed in their lease. Our goal is to find loving, stable homes for all of our babies.

Little Muffins Kitten Rescue is a small 501(c)(3) foster-based cat rescue founded in 2023. We are dedicated to helping cats and kittens in need in Richmond, KY and surrounding areas by giving them a safe place to stay and providing them with veterinary care while we work diligently to find each cat/kitten their perfect match.
