My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Samara, a playful, cautious girl who is still learning that humans can be trusted.
Samara is a short-haired torbi (tortie/tabby mix) female born in May 2025. She is shy and currently not a fan of being touched—she doesn’t sit still long enough yet—but she is very much present and engaged in her environment. Photos are a work in progress as she prefers motion over posing.

Samara is not a hider, just a runner. She zooms around with the other kittens, enthusiastically playing, wrestling, and happily destroying toys. Her confidence really shines when she’s with her feline friends, showing that she’s curious, energetic, and comfortable being part of a group.

She will need a patient, understanding adopter who is willing to give her time and space to come around at her own pace. A quieter home would be ideal, and she may do especially well adopted with another friendly, confident cat or kitten to help her continue building trust and confidence.

Samara may be okay with an older, calm dog who respects her space.

If you enjoy earning a cat’s trust and want a playful companion who just needs time and patience, Samara has wonderful potential and would thrive in the right home.
