This large, goofy boy hails from North Carolina, where he quickly became a staff favorite at his shelter thanks to his sunny personality and lovable charm. Now a proud northern boy, Ripple is ready to trade kennel life for a couch of his very own.
Ripple is the kind of dog who brightens every day just by being himself. He’s playful, sweet, and full of hound-dog joy—equal parts curious, affectionate, and delightfully silly. With his expressive face and easygoing nature, he has a way of making everyone around him smile. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with lots of love (and laughs) to give, Ripple is ready to find his forever home.

The Rescue is open 7 days a week for you to come and meet our pets! Walk-ins are welcome! In order to interact with them, you’ll need a simple questionnaire filled out. You can fill this out at the Rescue or before you come in at: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/36924/generic

The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
