Helena is a 3-month-old kitten with a big personality and an even bigger love for playtime. She’s all about the fun. She enjoys diving into boxes, chasing toys, and even sneaking after moving feet. Mealtime and snacks are very important to Helena and she’ll make sure you never forget when it’s time to eat.
Helena is confident and expressive. She isn’t shy about asking for attention and is just as quick to let you know when she’s had her fill. While she’s very play-driven, she also enjoys cuddling on her own terms. In fact, much of her day is spent being carried around like a baby by one of the seven members of her foster family. She clearly knows how to get the VIP treatment.
Helena was bottle-fed after being found orphaned and stuck inside a wall, so she’s had lots of hands-on care and socialization. She has done well in a foster home with small children. Dogs, however, are not her favorite, so a dog-free home would be best. She would do well either with another cat or as a solo kitten soaking up all the attention.
Helena is a spunky, affectionate, and playful little girl looking for a home that appreciates her independence, her cuddles, and her lively spirit.

Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file.
For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters.
Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and flea/tick prevention.
