My name is Jake!

Jake is ready to get the band back together!  He is always ready to play and ride along for any adventure.  Jake is a master at the slide in his foster home - he can go up and down!  Jake is doing well sleeping through the night without any accidents. For a puppy, he is incrediibly well behaved and gentle. He gets out-and-about regularly, is well-socialized, and does great on a leash!

House trained:  Yes - can ring a bell to let you know he needs to go outside
Leash trained:  Yes
Kennel trained:  Yes
Rides well in a car: Doesn't love them
Good with other dogs:  Yes, loves to play! 
Good with cats: Can be a bit much for cats, would do best in a home without them 
Good with young children (under 10): Very friendly but due to herding instincts, we'd prefer older children
Shy or confident:  Confident
Barks: Sometimes when playing 
Apartment qualified: No due to age and potential size restrictions 
Health concerns or special needs: None

We believe this puppy/dog is possibly a heeler mix and was born around 7-22-2025. This puppy/dog is fostered in a private home in Lincoln. The adoption fee is $300 which helps cover the cost of vetting procedures. Adoptable pets will have received age-appropriate vaccines and dewormings, a microchip, heartworm test (if applicable) and a spay/neuter.
