If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Puka was found in the street in June 2025; and despite the rope burns around his neck, he showed no fear and ran directly to me for cuddles. We have been fostering the sweetest boy for the past 7 months, but need to rehome him since we travel so much. He can self-regulate when left alone and entertain himself, but is happiest when next to a buddy. He rarely barks, loves to play fetch, and sleeps most of the day. He is also kennel trained, potty trained, calm in the tub, and knows basic commands. Like any young dog, Puka could still use some leash training, but at about one year old he has outgrown most of his puppy energy and is always eager to train and please!
