ADOPTER MUST BE LOCAL TO COLORADO OR NEARBY STATE

We took him in a little over a year ago as a stray after learning he had been abandoned by a previous owner when they moved. Exact age unknown; estimated around 5 years old.

He is sweet, affectionate, vocal, cuddly, gentle, very people-focused.
We are seeking an experienced, indoor-only, adult-only home for a wonderful cat with a serious, long-standing spray-marking behavior.

This issue has been extensively addressed. He has been deemed healthy by our vet, and we have tried all interventions, including daily medication. These efforts have not stopped or reduced the behavior.

Because of this, the adopter must fully understand that this issue is chronic, have prior experience managing similar behavioral issues, and be willing to continue managing them long-term.

He is extremely loving, enjoys being held and cradled, and bonds deeply with his people.
He is good with dogs, but other cats stress him out.
