My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Astrid came to us after being abandoned by her owner in a back yard for 8 months in a crate. While neighbors would go over and feed her, she was not out of the crate for extended periods of time and was exposed to all the elements. She was finally relinquished to us and has been thriving.

She is very sweet and loves to be loved. She seems to be dog friendly and gets along with everyone that she meets.

She is heartworm positive and has already begun treatment. We will pay for the full course of treatment for her. Please reach out if you have questions about the treatment- we are happy to answer them. Aside from having to keep her on leash walks only/low energy, the treatment is extremely manageable. Note- she will be spayed after completion of HW treatment.

She is located in Brevard County, FL. Her application can be found at www.mysaltydog.com.

Additional adoption info

Our application process is meant to provide enough background that we can ensure the dog is going to a good home, but also be flexible enough that people can get their dog quickly.

Go meet their pets

We are foster based, and are happy to coordinate times for private introductions to our dogs. We will post events we are attending with our dogs on our website and social media.
