Suzy was born in April 2025 and was spayed in December by OAR. It was at that time she got her rabies and leukemia shots. She was one of 5 in a litter born from a semi feral mother. The mother cat had been fed by a neighbor. She would come in and out of the ladies house. We were able to catch the mother and 4 of the kittens in October and have them fixed. The mother and one of the kittens were tested and determined to be healthy. Suzy is very shy and would hide in the basement of the ladies home.
I have been fostering her for over 3 weeks now and she still prefers to hide. She does like to be petted when I can entice her to come out from hiding. She also can be held and cuddled for long periods of time. I have 4 cats of my own, 2 of which are her siblings that I adopted. I really need to find her a forever home or someone who can foster her. With patience she will make a very loving cat.
