My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dustin Henderson #32717
Dustin Henderson came to us as a stray and has quickly shown what a smart, good-looking, and well-mannered dog he is. He enjoys human attention and is affectionate with people, especially his handler—he even likes to jump up for hugs!

Dustin walks fairly well on a leash, pulls minimally, and listens well to corrections. He already knows basic commands like sit and shake and performs them reliably without needing treats or bribes, showing his solid foundation and eagerness to please. He is polite overall and only jumps up on his handler.

When it comes to other dogs, Dustin has clear preferences. He has some curiosity and interest in larger dogs, but absolutely cannot live with or be around small dogs, as he perceives them as a threat. Any introductions to larger dogs should be done carefully, and a meet and greet is strongly recommended.

Dustin would do best in a home that can continue providing structure, clear boundaries, and plenty of human companionship. With the right environment, he has the potential to be a loyal, loving, and well-trained companion. 🖤🐶
