My name is Ziggy!

We have had our tricolor Corgi since he was a puppy, and he is almost 3 years old. He is intelligent, affectionate, and bonds closely with his people. He thrives with routine, structure, and one-on-one attention.
He is very well trained and knows many commands including sit, stay, leave it, speak, spin, anplay dead. He is bell trained and rings a bell when he needs to go outside to potty. He is food motivated and enjoys learning.
A previous rehoming attempt with other pets was not the right fit, which helped us understand the environment he needs to succeed.
He can be territorial with high value items and may snip when he feels threatened. He has never bitten. Due to this and the presence of a young toddler, we believe it is in everyone’s best interest to find him a more suitable home.
He would do best as the only pet in an adult only home with an experienced, patient owner and consistent exercise. This decision has not been made lightly. hoping to give him a great home.
