My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Linda is a 1-year-old short-haired sweetheart who came to the shelter with her three adorable “kids” — Tina, Louise, and Gene — and she’s been keeping the family vibes strong ever since. True to her name, Linda is a big lover: affectionate, people-friendly, and always ready to be part of whatever you’re doing.

She’s also super playful and chatty, the kind of cat who will “talk” you through her day and make sure you don’t miss a moment of the action. And when the afternoon hits? Linda’s all about that sunbeam life—lounging, stretching out, and soaking up the warmth like it’s her own little booth by the window.

If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate cat with main-character energy and a big heart, Linda is ready to bring some Bob’s Burgers-style joy to your home.

More about this shelter

Our shelter was built in 2007 for the City of Hutchinson. Our goal is to help cut down on the pet-overpopulation of Reno County and to place animals in furever homes!
